Dear journal,today in EDET I learned to create a form in google forms.
Being an avid Google/Google application user, I thought I knew all there is to google.To my surprise Google has a lot more to offer than meets the eye. Although I had no prior knowledge as to how to set or create google forms doc.,admittedly,I was excited to learn how to set quizzes/forms on the internet as I've always wondered how they were made.
However, the task was a bit tedious. I had to refresh my memory to the grade 5 topic I planned on making the test on.Moreover, I had to manipulate the app and document several times before I got the hang of it. Eventually, everything worked itself out.
I learned a lot from this experience, not only I have I gained an added "skill" but I've gotten to explore the many wonders of google.
As a future educator, this newly acquired knowledge will definitely be useful in the classroom. I see myself setting quizzes for students using google forms in an effort to integrate technology in the classroom.
